Our online shop provides unique fashion product from our independent designers back by high quality material and reliable production. Our team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, select and follow the return instructions give in our START A RETURN page.

Please do not mail anything back until our sales team confirm the return. Once approved, you will be given return instructions. Our shipping address is different from our return address DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING BACK TO OUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AS WE WILL NOT GET IT.  NO REFUNDS;  store credit only. 

Easy Exchanges: 

Need a different size, colour or pattern? Return the original item for a credit which you can use to either reorder the same item or something else.

-Swimwear, lingerie, and earrings are final sale) other items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date.

-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels/tags ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. 
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. 
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. 
We do not accept any request of exchange & return once the "specials/sale items are sold. 
Purchase Not Eligible for Return

-Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange. 
-Swimwear and lingerie or any intimate item(s) are not eligible for return or exchange. Your intimate items and swimwear will be shipped in clear packaging; please inspect items to make sure you are sent the correct color before removing item(s) from the clear package. Once the clear sealed plastic  is open your item cannot be exchanged
-Swimwear and lingerie can only be exchanged if you got a defective/damaged item from us, or you received the wrong item long as the item is still tagged. 

If you think you were sent the incorrect color swimwear/intimate item please do not remove the item from the clear plastic, send us a picture first.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem before returning. 
Order Cancellation

For orders cancelled after 24 hours a 15% cancellation fee may applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order was already shipped. 
We are not responsible for charge back fees, please make sure you use a legit credit/debit card when making a purchase.
